- Tokki only acquires personal information through legal and legitimate methods. When Tokki acquires personal information, the person providing the information is notified of the purpose for use, contact information, and other such necessary information, or this necessary information is otherwise divulged.

- Tokki only uses personal information within the scope of purposes approved by the person providing such information.
