Tokki is carrying out a variety of different community efforts.
The Mitsuke factory opened its workplace to middle school students for a day. Since Tokki's finished products are not often directly seen by the public, by inviting middle school students to actually visit the workplace, we were able to give them a taste of the fun and difficulty of work.
Tokki conducts tours of its factories from time to time for investors and local residents. Since Tokki has entered into nondisclosure agreements with panel manufacturers, we cannot show details, but these tours are aimed at promoting an understanding and improving awareness of Tokki's business.
More than 160 employees work at Tokki's Mitsuke factory, and many family members of employees live nearby. We invited these family members to the Mitsuke factory and held a festival on the site. We will continue holding these festivals on a regular basis in order to make sure that the factory is a place that is trusted and loved by employee families.
